Import filemaker files into stata

Exports data containing Chinese from filemaker to

• Excel xls (UTF8/UTF16) 含 variable name, and save as txt(tab) in Big5
  
• TXT tab (Big5) 不含 variable name
  

Stata reads Big5 by default. 中文編碼的方式在不同英語系軟體間轉換實在是麻煩…
